“I recently bought L-Tryptophan from your company (60 Capsules). In Toronto, Canada, where I live, you need a prescription to get Tryptophan. In any case, the Tryptophan my doctor prescribed for me often gave me headaches and some brain fog, where I just couldn’t think. It was incredibly frustrating because on occasion, it would work without any side effects. And when it did, it was great, allowing for a better sleep.
